15 to 20 whole chicken wings (about 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 pounds)
Poultry Seasoning Recipe
BBQ Sauce
Cut chicken wings into three sections; discard wing tips. Place wings in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Season wings with the Poultry Seasoning recipe ingredients. Cover and save over night. Bake, uncovered, at 425 °F
for 30 minutes. Discard liquid. Flip wings and bake for 30 more minutes. Add BBQ sauce and cook for 2 more minutes. Enjoy!
Yield: 30 to 40 wings
